East African Breweries PLC Partnership

The East African Breweries PLC (EABL) Foundation has signed a landmark partnership with CARE International, committing ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ž๐—ฆ๐—ต ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฑ ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป (๐—จ๐—ฆ๐—— ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฌ,๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ) to empower ๐Ÿญ,๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ across EABLโ€™s value chain in western Kenya.

The initiative is built on two pillars: supporting 1,500 small-scale sorghum farmers, 60% of whom are women to improve productivity and household resilience, and piloting ๐—ง๐˜‚๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ถ ๐—ž๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ, a business skills program for 100 Senator Bar owners in Kisumu to strengthen profitability and entrepreneurship.
