East African Breweries PLC Partnership
The East African Breweries PLC (EABL) Foundation has signed a landmark partnership with CARE International, committing ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฆ๐ต ๐ฏ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฌ,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ) to empower ๐ญ,๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ across EABLโs value chain in western Kenya.
The initiative is built on two pillars: supporting 1,500 small-scale sorghum farmers, 60% of whom are women to improve productivity and household resilience, and piloting ๐ง๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ, a business skills program for 100 Senator Bar owners in Kisumu to strengthen profitability and entrepreneurship.
